What does the warranty cover?
Our product has a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage or breakage resulting from abuse, skate cuts or evidence of an open flame are not covered by warranty. Original receipt required to validate warranty and all claims are subject t approval by UGOO hockey. Please contact place of purchase for warranty procedure.
What does the warranty policy not cover?
The warranty policy does not cover any breakages, due to misuse or abuse. This policy does not cover wood sticks/shafts/replacement blades, pro stock sticks, or sticks sold by UGOO Hockey's Team Sales Group. We will not repair the stick/shaft/replacement blade or refund your money. We will not return ship any broken sticks/shafts/replacement blade
CARBON BICYCLE PARTS
All carbon fiber items purchased from this website are covered by warranty for a period of one (1) year to the original purchaser for any manufacturers defect.
Use, improper installation and/or assembly or improper maintenance is not covered by warranty.
Our parts are warranted for road use only. While many of our parts are compatible with the following, warranty is not extended to off road, mountain or cyclocross use.
The warranty does not cover structural or cosmetic damage arising from abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes or collisions, owner neglect, improper installation and/or assembly, improper maintenance, modifications, additions, changes to the original product, or other excessive, improper or abnormal conditions or labor charges for part replacement or changeover. Wear from normal use or environmental exposure is not covered by this warranty.
Warranty does not offer any cash refunds.
We must receive all items before any warranty decision is made.
We reserve the right to decline any warranty, if the claim is deemed to be fraudulent.
Buyer is always responsible for shipping costs for warranty returns.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping back to the customer on warranty items.
